Geoty -- Do not expect to get your products or refund.

Okay let's redo my review of my experience of Geoty. As I am not allowed to warn potential people not to get involved with a company that has no sense of client service. After seeing their adverti*****t of Solar equipment at a reasonably good price. Placed my order 1st Feb 2022 got the invoice on 3rd paid the full amount on the 4th. Got an email confirming order and delivery date for within 2 weeks. In week 2 contact them regarding the date I can come collect, then the excuses started, delivery truck broke down, out of stock, ......ect. Phoned them multiple times as they never phone back as promised.

Still being very patient and understanding gave them more time. Come promised by the seemingly only senior person available at the company will receive delivery 1st March. Date passed, no delivery. Asked for refund, was sent by email proof of payment in 3x payments from ABSA Bank SA. Called ABSA as I do not trust what Geoty is saying any more. ABSA confirmed none of the payment references exists. So you tell me must we still trust to do business with this company?

I see the list of unhappy people is growing every day.
