Geoty being let down and I'm desperate!

Geoty did a very large solar installation in my house (in Jhb) last year April. I am exceptionally happy with the system itself: well-priced, effective, neat. Geoty themselves were superb (5 stars). However, the one in Cape Town, and they have a partner in Jhb, headed by Deon. I’ve had a few teething issues, and dealing with Deon (1 star) has been beyond frustrating; in fact, fully impossible. After struggling to get hold of him or his secretary, when a time is set for his electrician to re-wire something, there is a no show. This happens almost every time (no exaggeration)! My geyser needs to be taken off the solar phase, and until this happens, the system can overload and blow (which has happened a few times in Winter). I’ve written emails to Geoty. I am desperate. I am frustrated. Geoty is being let down in Jhb as there is no after sales support ****erally nil!). I did not want to take to a public forum, but after months of requests, I have no choice. All I request is electricians come to my house to take my geyser off the solar phase and (ii) a long-term solution for support that may be required in the future is set up.
