Frustrating!

I ordered 24kwh lithium from Geoty, 4 weeks ago and everything arrived as they advertised except for solar cables which I had ask to be added. The customer service they gave me is what kept me patient throughout the delivery time but i'm really sick of waiting now. Don't understand why such a Big Company would take so much time to amend their problems.
