Do NOT touch this company with a 100 foot pole!

Do not do business with this company. If I could rate them as 0 stars I would.

I placed an order with them in January for 2 Pylontech batteries. The sales person at the time said that expected delivery was 12 days.

After numerous reschedules and constant disappointment, I requested that my money be refunded. I have had promise after promise that the refund will reflect in my account within the next few day, it has yet to materialise.

My mails are now going unanswered, the Whatsapp number listed on the site never gets read and even the phone number listed on the web page goes unanswered.

I am now proceeding to taking legal action to get my money refunded.
