Bad Service from GEOTY

Geoty advertised on there webpage that they have 450 solar panels(330W) in stock at the time when I bought some of the panels. I bought 4 solar panels from them on 1 February 2022, and the delivery date should have been on the 12 February 2022. Then they re-scheduled for a delivery on the 21 February 2022. The date passed as well and no delivery was done. I contacted Geoty about the solar panels, and they said to me the panels is out of stock and they will refund me. I forwarded my info to them and up till now, no refund occurred. I tried numerous times to call them, and to send them emails about my refund, but they only ignore me till now. I am considering to contact a Lawyer to see what steps I can take against Geoty.
