Bad service

I placed an order with Geoty on the 29th of March 2022 and delivery was initially scheduled for April 12 2022, but that kept on changing until now. I have not received the shipment and this is frustrating me as I need the equipment asap. The lady that picks up the phone keeps on saying that the dispatch guys are busy to take my calls and did not call back since I called last week.
