Bad Service

Such bad service from Geoty. This is my 3rd order with them, the last 2 were a breeze one year ago. I placed order on 17th May, it was for an inverter with installation. The guy that came to do the installation did not finish, and said he will comeback the next day to complete the installation. He has not pitched. When we call Geoty, they say they will come back to us, and no response is given. Even when I was enquiring on the delivery of my order (it took 3 weeks to deliver), I was not getting a response after they promised to call me back. I am just shocked at the way that the service has deteriorated. I hope they will come and finish the installation.
