Bad sales company. STAY AWAY!

On the 17 January 2022 I placed order ***x with the company for 12 x CNBM 400W Monocrystalline Solar panels (https://geoty.co.za/product/cnbm-400w-monocrystalline-solar-panel/). Payment were made via PayFast. Delivery date was given as 31 January 2022. Interestingly enough these panels are still being advertised even though they can't supply me with my order.

31 January 2022 I was informed that they could not deliver due to insufficient stock. We came to the agreement that delivery would take place by the 9 February 2022.

8 February 2022 Andre Sangweni of Geoty called and offered to refund me as they still had insufficient stock. They asked for my banking details via email and I supp**** it to them on the same day.

11 February 2022 they informed me via email when I queried about the refund, that I could expect my refund by the 14 February 2022 on the latest.

15 February 2022 they informed me via email when I yet again had to query about the refund, that I could expect my refund by the close of business day.

21 February 2022 after more than 30 calls I finally got Andre Sangweni on the phone and he stated that he is not going to wait for head office to refund us, but is going to do this from his branch. I sent an email detailing our telephone conversation and reaffirmed my banking details. They rep**** via email that I would receive my funds at business day's end.

As yet (22 February 2022) I am to receive my refund they offered. They rarely return or take my calls or emails anymore.

All I want is my money back with proof of payment!
