Geoscience arrogance and incompetence

Please see email below sent to the Geoscience Council after no feedback has been received from them. We've had phones dropped on us by their scientists and have had little or no joy from them. Please assist Hello Peter.

We have on several occassions requested feedback from you regarding getting this signature that NHBRC requires from your office. Firstly, we waited 4 weeks for this signature which I found ridiculous but it's your timelines and your SLAs. We were patient and waited. We've just finished the 5th week now and you do not respond to any of the emails sent to you and we are still wating for this signature 5 weeks later. I find this unacceptable and very unprofessional for an institution as big as yours whose help we need because legislature demands that we tick all these requirements. While you ignore us, my family and are are set back thousands of rands each month while we wait for this golden signature from Mars. What you don't understand is that while you don't do your work which you get paid for every month, my family and I suffer as tenants. This is the third time I have had to sit back and tolerate the incompetence and arrogance of your office. Our first encounter with this office was being turned away by your securities at the gate because you do not take walk ins. Whether had to struggle to get contacts of the relevant people to assist us with these reports. Our call unfortunately went go reception. We were addressed rudely before we were given the numbers of the scientist who could assist us. Said scientist dropped the call on us while we were trying to explain in lay man terms what we needed from your off. All this happen in 2020. We eventually after much strife and fighting more money spent got the report. We unfortunately were asked to come back to your offices again for a signature. You responded (which was the first and last time you ever responded to us) that it would take 4 weeks to get this signature. FOUR WEEKS!!!! A WHOLE FOUR WEEKS FOR ONE SIMPLE SIGNATURE!!!! No matter how much backlog you might have it can't possibly take you a WHOLE FOUR WEEKS to sign a document. Because we are desperate and need your assistance, we waited this 4 weeks. Follow ups were done with you. You didn't even bother to respond back. We are now on week 5 with zero feedback from your office meanwhile my family and are compromised.

I am no longer willing to wait for this matter to be resolved. I want it resolved immediately. If I do not get my signed documentation by close of business Monday 5th July 2021, I am taking this matter straight to Hello Peter. I'm tired of begging for service from an institution that should be competent and professional. You are employed to assist swiftly and professionally people like me without me feeling as if you are doing me a favour.
