******!!*******!!! Don’t use them!!

I am disgusted by the service received at this dealership. Highly unprofessional and ******. I hired a car with them and paid a refundable deposit of 3500 so I thought it was refundable. When I wanted to pay I was told that the swipe my machine was broken and I had to pay in cash. This did raise eyebrows but nevertheless because I needed the car.

When I picked up the vehicle I complained of a lot of scratches the vehicle had, the vehicle tank was on empty and I was told, to refill and this will be given back to me. Aryton was the disgusting person who assisted me. This guy is a master con-artist, he is as cold as ice, evil evil evil.

He advised me to leave my own vehicle at their premises for safe keeping while I picked up their vehicle but I refused. This arrangement I was not comfortable with considering there were already so many red flags.

The following day, I returned their vehicle, washed with no scratches. Upon my arrival there were no paperwork done, I was only told to park it in the front and hand the keys to the washer. I asked when my deposit will be paid Aryton said within 28 working days. I waited.

After the 28 days, I kept following up on a daily basis, I phoned, messaged, emailed you name it. Aryton eventually blocked my calls. I went to the premises to enquirer he told me they had a system problem and he will get back to me the following day. The following nothing. I went back to their premises and he told me an amount of 1300 would be deposited back because of the fuel assumption and kilometers. This i was furious about because I hardly used any.

The next day the 1300 was still not deposited I called him from different numbers cos I could no longer get through to him. He gave me stories about the boss not being in, and he cannot go to the bank and make the deposit, excuses after excuses.

I told him I am coming to fetch the cash therefore no transfers needed. When I got to the offices Aryton locked himself inside and left us standing and shouting for him to open and give me my deposit back. He eventually called security guards to have us removed and we were advised to go open a case at the police station.

We went to the police station and was shocked to find out that they had thousands of other similar cases, and for ****** vehicles.

To date, my deposit was never returned.

Please do not use these people! They are ******!!! Aryton is the frontline and his manager the master behind it all. Not only will they ***** your money, but your own car too. Never leave your vehicle with them! Just don’t use them, you will regret it
