bad service

We hired the limo for 4 hours on Saturday and first the driver arrived 30min late then he dropped the bride and left with all their belongings still in the limo the bride had to get another car to take her for photos as no one picked the phone up when we tried to phone them. This is really bad big disappointment and the manager just said sorry email us as he knows the owner wont do aything
