I went to georgies to buy my first jumping caste, all staff are very friendly and patient with customers, every time i called they awnserd kindly. The jumping castle is stable with a very quiet strong blower 🐝 GEORGIES INFLATABLES WILL SURELY SEE ME SOON AGAIN

Excellent serves.

Don't recommend you give them your money
Order from them and was supposed to receive the bouncer beginning of June. They stopped answering my calls and messages, no delivery received and money not paid back until now August.

Breach of contract
I bought a jumping castle from in June. Its August. I dont have the jumping castle and they are not even answering any messages or phone calls. I went to the business premises and asked the owner when i would get it, since he had been making promises and he said he would deliver it. However till this day i dont have the jumping castles i paid R14 800 for. Stay away

Extremely Disappointing Experience – Delays, Poor Quality, and Failure to Deliver as Agreed
Extremely Disappointing Experience – Delays, Poor Quality, and Failure to Deliver as Agreed I placed and paid for my order in full with Georgie’s Inflatables on 23 April 2026. Before placing the order, I specifically asked what the manufacturing lead time would be and was informed that it would take 7 days. Instead, I only received my order 71 days later. During this time, I received repeated excuses and no meaningful progress. The only reason my order was eventually delivered was because I had to appoint an attorney, at my own expense, to contact the supplier and demand that they fulfill their contractual obligations. Unfortunately, the problems did not end with the delayed delivery. The quality of the jumping castles is extremely disappointing. The workmanship is poor, the stitching is untidy, and the overall finish falls well below what I expected from a professional manufacturer. In addition, the products I received do not match what I ordered. Some jumping castles are missing design panels, while others have extra panels added that were never part of the original design. The final products look noticeably different from the reference designs that I submitted. I was also assured that I could choose the colours for each individual panel. I supp**** reference images together with a colour layout for every panel. Despite this, the jumping castles were manufactured in colours that do not match the specifications I provided. I paid in full, expected a 7-day turnaround, waited 71 days, incurred additional legal costs simply to receive my order, and still ended up with products that do not match my order and are of poor quality. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Georgie’s Inflatables. The lack of communication, failure to honour agreed timelines, poor workmanship, and failure to manufacture the products according to the agreed specifications have been extremely disappointing.
