Poor quality doormats and poor customer service
The doormats are of the worst quality I have ever seen - the base is extremely thin, the sides and corners are all frayed and the mat I received was torn in the middle. The mat also has blue and white glue on the personalised portions.
I have been back and forth with an employee named Ina who has placed all blame on the courier company and not dealt with refunding me. Very frustrating and I do not suggest taking a risk with ordering from Georgie and Moon.

04 Nov 2024, 12:03I have now been contacted by Bobgo, which I assume handles logistics for Georgie and Moon, and have been asked to remove my review here and on Google as it is damaging to Georgie and Moon.
As a disgruntled customer, I believe that Georgie and Moon's poor customer service and lack of communication is damaging to my pocket and so no reviews will be removed.
