Georges Grill poor service and not so good food

We ordered through Mr D at around 5.20pm on a Sunday evening. Delivery only took place around 6.45pm. When the manager contacted us after we complained he simply said they saw the food sitting there for an hour and half and it is not their issue. He said, "you chose Mr D and it is their problem"? Really? Surely Mr D is a partner chosen by the restaurant and if they saw the meal sitting for an hour an half why not do something about it? So we opened our by then very cold meal and found the burgers to be extremely raw (not eatable). We ordered medium to rare and understand the difference. This was raw. Manager's attitude was terrible. I would have expected at least an apology and take some responsibility. ****y arrogant will eventually leave you without customers.
