Complaint

Horrific barely describes my experience with this establishment. I had the misfortune of being served rotten meat on the evening of the 24th of April, as expected the dish was sent back , that’s where my nightmare begin. Candice the manager insisted I need to pay for the “potential food poisoning meal”. Not only was I humiliated, I was belittled and dehumanised. At something point the bill was thrown at me . It’s disgraceful and appalling how George’s grill house treated me ,clearly the wellbeing of their client is not even a priority.
