Unprofessional

<p>I paid my rent via eft as stated to me by Melanie. She said "every month when you do eft make sure that you use this reference and only this reference" as I have done for the past 3 months this month I did the eft as usual and the next day I received an SMS stating they had debited my account as well which then lead to my medical aid bouncing and charging me bank fees. I sent them an email as they were closed regarding this. They sent me the debit order form I had signed but I assumed that they didn't use it because previously no debit order has gone off. I had emailed and phoned and left messages but no one returned my messages. I eventually received my money but got short paid by R60. This has caused me over R200.00 in bank charges and refuse to accept any responsibility </p>
