The Star of George Rennie - Zoleka Mpengesi

For the past 4 years that I have dealt with George Rennie, I’ve always been helped by staff that was not really willing to help, they would do and say the bare minimum, always irritable and impatient. Having to call them for anything is something I dread doing.

Recently I had an issue and called, I was assisted by Zoleka Mpengesi. To my shock, she actually listened to me venting about my issue with utmost patience and compassion. I was shocked. She requested my details and promised to follow up on the issue I had. I know that there is very little she can do cause I have brought the matter to her seniors once before and they handled it with disdain, the fact that she showed genuine concern and patience really moved me.
