Stinking Attitude

I have been told that if I post this complaint I will not be helped in future should I go to George Rennies for assistance. It is with great disappointment that I have to post such here. A lady in the from the Benoni office called Annalise was very rude when I spoke to her. I called to follow up on a complaint that I had laid about the electricity at my flat, and I simply told her that the reason I was calling was because I had been promised a call back regarding that. her response to this was \How would you expect a call back when the lady you spoke to is not in the office?"I pay full rent where I stay"
