Pure incompetence

I'm not happy with the service I received from Lizandi Butler, she rep**** to my emails after multiple follow ups, has not answered critical questions about their query resolution procedure, has no knowledge of how much interest we are being charged on arrear accounts, and lastly people are being charged R130 arrear fees yet no collection letters nor calls have been received by me from this company.
