I want to thank George Rennie & Co, especially William Nagy, for his exceptional work in onboarding and managing our complex.

Having been a Trustee at other complexes before, I was already fami**** with the high standard of their work. However, when I contacted William to take over and manage our complex with his team, he went above and beyond. Their service has been amazing. William popped in to see us and to consult, even before they were appointed.

We had many items that needed to be addressed, put in place, or brought in line with industry standards. Within six months, everything has fallen into place. There is now structure, a plan, and full legal compliance across the board.

William also assisted with resolving Body Corporate matters, attending meetings, and providing valuable advice. He took the time to walk around our complex to identify issues that need to be budgeted for.

Their accounting services, invoicing, system management, and reporting are excellent. William also chaired our AGM, sent out the notice pack, and ensured everything was handled very professionally. Their response time is commendable.
