Bianca at George Rennie - excellent Estate Agent.

Hi. Just a quick feedback for Bianca from George Rennie who helped me through the complicated procedure of buying my first property, at 70. Some buy and sell all the time but every silly question I had, been a novice at the game, Bianca always had, or would research and get me the answer. She was most helpful and I would get a response on WhatsApp or email within a few minutes. If not just to say she is busy but will respond shortly. In fact she was so helpful and friendly I forgot where to stop bothering her. A month after the flat was already in my name, I was still asking niggly questions and she helped me in her ever friendly way. Most professional and top of the six or seven Property Agents I dealt with on my journey. She found me exactly what I wanted and not palming me off with any old place and was always instantly replying to questions. I felt she was my personal agent and worked for no one else because she was so helpful and understanding to my ignorance in the property market. Where she found the time to help many others at the same level, I do not know. Thank you Bianca and thank you George Rennie for your help. I am definately a Happy New Owner. Steven Flattery.
