Bad Attitude

<p>Everyone is looking for a new to place to make a home. With today's life style it is quite difficult to go physiclly looking for a place all on your own and we all require help. The help is the estate agents who suppose to be like home gods... Well at least that's what most of us think. Well people think again with the help of George Rennie in Farramere all you get is the run around, going from pillar to post, all sorts of different stories and bad attitude. i have been dealing with them from last year. First Melanie who asked me to send through all the necessary documents as the were closing year end she said it will be looked at 03 January 217 when they open. All documents sent through call George Rennie the third only to find out she is on leave until 16 January 2017 but I can deal with Annalize who will be back on the 11th January 2017. I wait and then start dealing with her who sent a mail yet again application declined with reasons. My mum calls in enquiring why it declined which Melanie's response was the documents were not correct. Bank Statement, ID, 3months bank statement, sars documentation which prove you a tax registered citizen, proof of address. All documents were sent as requested from Dec 2016 to Melanie who did not once mention anything was missing. My dad then called in and spoke to Annalize who transferred him to Mr Venter who then told my dad all documents are correct but the owner of flat declined. Fair enough. I then called Annalized to enquire what documents were missing as this is what was told to my mum. Melanie then had attitude when i told her that we are hearing different stories she threaten to declined my application if I do not listen to waht she has to say, so i had to be silent and was not able to explain anything. I then called back to speak to Mr Venter just to inform him that he should not put my application through for the other flat as it is not up to standard as a flat and is in a ***** area of benoni town, instead of enquiring why i was calling, he decided to rumble on about how we all pestering them and only apologized half heartedly as to when i silence him to tell him the nature of my call was actually to cancel the second application to the ***** flat. He then went on telling me how swamped they are and clietns calling in for assistance in basically annoying or not calling basically just me. They are not helpful, rude and arrogant. Yet if the application was not declined I am sure their attitude would have been a 100% polite. Is this the kind of Estate agents us as clients need to deal with?????????????????</p> <p>ABSOLUTELY UNCOOT, SO DISGUSTING</p>
