Take a walk

<p>George Municipality power payment system failed last night. I reported it. 1 hour later they said it was back online. I tried again - it was not online at all. Called the municipality helpdesk - they said take a 10 km walk to the garage - it should be working there. It was 22:15 at night. Are they joking me, should be working? - no they were deadly serious!</p> <p> </p>
