Municipal geyser meters should be off on days of load shedding so we can have hot water.

My geyser is on from 15:00 till 17:00 then you get load shedding from 14:30 till 16:30, from 17:00 till 20:00 the municipality won't let me turn it on, and bam no hot water when I get home then I must wait till 8 to turn it on so I can only shower after 21:00. Ridiculous government.
