I fetch my granddaughter at school everyday, and sit in Courtneystreet for more than an hour in front of the school. Average of 80% of the people walking on th3 sidewalks crossing the street, does'nt wear masks or social distance. I phoned the local police to find out what we can do about it. They referred me to Law Enforcement. Law Enforcement referred me back to the police station. For more than half an hour they didn"t answer their phone. Now I want to know what is the use of Mr Ramaphosa telling us to take care to keep social distance and wear masks, if 80% of people don't do it, and there is nowhere and nobody who takes care that it's done, and you cannot report it anywhere. The police station is only one block away from school so they don't even need a vehicle to get there in 5 minutes. Please help me out on this
