George Municipality

We have ask them (municipality) numerous times to let the refuge truck pick up all the black bags on Wednesdays first because of the 'Green Belt' we live next to. Denneoord is very close to the mountain and a lot of ******s live there. They tear the bags looking for bits and pieces for something to eat. Bags are put out early in the morning, but the bobs wake up very early and then they are getting busy getting their breakfast for the day. If the GM allow the trucks to load the bags early , it will help not to have a lot of bags torn open. Please help us because that is not a lot to ask.
