Poor service for patients

My sister was hospitalized last Wednesday at George mkhari hospital for an emergency ceaserian surgery till today the operation has not been done,it has been postponed 3 times already yet both her nd the baby are been starved before the operation, my concern is that this is not good nd healthy for both of them especially if this operation was an emergency it could cost them both their lives,this is not good service at all my question with this kind of delays what could go wrong for her or anyone who is going through the same process,can this picture before we loose our loved ones.
