Poor health service

I'm not happy with the service at George mukhari academic hospital, I've been going in and out of the hospital like a mad person. Everytime I have to do my surgery there's always an emergency, they're very slow and don't prioritise us patients with serious problems. I can't walk around with a lipoma, I've cut my hair now they said they'll give me a call when re is space. When will that be because it's been over 3 months already.
