doctors who don't care about my dying mom

Good day During December Month we took my mom to Jubille hospital.The problem was that her stomach was growing bigger and bigger every day.The checheck on her and took blood for test.They told us the she has ball construction and she will need to be transferred to Dr.George Mokhari Hospital.she was tranfeerd and utmited there. While they were treating her,at George mokhari,the doctor picked up that she has broken hip.I went to see the Doctor so that he can explain way forward.He told me that he dosent see any bone connection hip and legs.he told me that the cause can be cancer.He told me that he will need to deal with the stomach problem and once is resolve,she will need to be taken to ward were they deal with bones.all this time my mom was in pain and helpless on hospital bed.At the biggining of January they called us to come to hospital.upon my arriving they told us that mom is ready to go home and she was still in pain this during that time.I ask a doctor why must she go home with a broken bone and such stage of pains.He told us that the ward were she was supposed to go for hip treatment is full and there is nothing they can do as there are people in their waiting list.we carrid our mom to the car while she is srceming of pains.They (doctor)told us that they booked her to go to bone treatment section on 08/92/18.we went home and she was so in pain.after 4 days we took her to jubille because she was so in pain.They kept here in waiting ward for 2 days.After that they took her to ward were she was supposed to stay for 33 days,waiting for her date to go back to George mokhari.in the 08/02/18 we took her back with two sister from jubille.her apointment was for 7h00 in the morning.At around 13h30 it was the only time the doctor came to us and only looked at her scanner and told us to come back on the 08/03/18.The doctor said she has broken bone and she is to old for operation.my sister tried to explain to the doctor that mom is in pain and she is been waiting forbtjos date from December.The doctor left her there without even sayongbhigh to my mom.my sister took my mom to waiting area for an abulance to take them to jubille for onother waiting month.there drivers of The I went to ask assistant at The ward were they deal with bones and the doctor told me that she not permanent there and she cant make disitions.I was so in pain and untried to ask for help from the sister there and they told me that there is nothing that they can do.my sister came to tell me that the paramedics just put my mom in the abulance for the trip to jubille.she told me that one of tj3 paramedics was so rude to her even don't want to push my mom.so we went to the waiting room only to find that they left my sister.she she needed to ask people around for dirrectionto taxi rank.she took taxi to hospital because she was having my mom's documents with her. I know my mom is not the only person who needs help and some people might be worse than her,but why must she be treated like this.she is on pain and doctors don't even check her. They know that she has brocken bone. She is been left to die because she lost her weight in this 2 months. Staff at George mokhari are heartless. They talk about people's life's as if they talk about chicken. Can someone kindly assist my mom to get help.she is in pain.
