BAD SERVICE

Everytime when we go to the hospital we wait 4 FULL HOURS for them to give us the file,It happened the first time and now it happened again this time...Is it a way they can file their documents where is reachable?<br> <br> I phone the Hospital and spoke to Mr Makama,still i was not satisfied with the answer he gave me cause it still doesnt make sense<br> <br>
