Bad hospital terrible experience

This was my first time being admitted in a public hospital. I went there last week to be operated but I was returned due to no beds and same thing happened yesterday. I refuse to believe that the whole hospital has no beds. Besides beds the hospital is dirty how could a cleaner clean but he doesn't clean the bathroom that is disgusting. Another thing is I walked around with pain for hours with no help this doctor said go to that one another said no another imagine 💔 how painful was that experience for me. Never again private hospital will remain the best over this ******* of hospitals
