Poor quality Furniture

I bought a chair in August 2024i it’s only been 5 months from George & Mason only to find when we seat its moves and it’s makes noise like an old furniture. I called George & Mason and their reply was unfortunately they don’t do reupholstery I asked what to do NO further response . George & Mason service is pathetic I will never buy from them again
