Please be careful when dealing with this man (George Koekemoer) and his wife. He quoted on a cottage renovation and was awarded the job. After paying him a large deposit plus an additional downpayment to purchase materials, he only did 40% 0f the work and literally ran away with approximately R30k of my money and did not take any calls thereafter. I had to purchase all remaining fittings, kitchen units and appliances, doors and sliding door, paint and employ a new conractor to complete the cottage. There was no dispute at all between us, he literally left without a word in our absence with our remote. He is a *****, be careful of this stuttering *****.
