Lack of service

THE WORST service ever. No one can answer a simple question. The lack of empathy is frightening! We waited for iver 10 hours!!! And still we were not helped. What kind of establishment is this. Everyone who can after us was helped. And we wait and wait. The security gaurds have a complete lack of any kind of social s****! This place is a joke.
