Possible Perfume **** GEORGE ENGELBRECHT

George Engelbrecht sold perfume on Facebook under the company or page name “Scent with Love perfumes” from Gordonsbay in the Western Cape; however it seems to no longer exist. I transferred money to him more than 6 months ago and he continued to make excuses as to why delivery is late or that goods were returned etc etc I have gone to the police who say they can’t do anything about it. He has since blocked me on WhatsApp so I would like to warn people not to buy anything from this individual as I still have not received the perfume nor a refund.
