Shocking revulting caravan hire

<p>We planned a family december holiday for the kids and decided to go camping. To my disgust i hired a caravan from them. When we got there it was revulting and dirty with frog under one mattress and mice under the other mattress. Tent was not for human use and completely ruined. Drawers for clothes fell through completely and cupboards in really bad condition. I phoned the business on arrival and logged a cimplaint. They said it is not their problem and as reinbur*****t next time when i hire from them they will give me 3 days for free. Obviously next time will never happen. Two days later it started raining and water were pouring through ever patch and hole you can imagine. All our clothes wet with nothing to dress. Once again i phoned them and again the reply i got sorry it is not our problem! Please people dont use these people you will spoil your holiday and money down the drain. </p>
