Geoff's Lift Club would not come recommended.

I have used Geoff's service since May 2017 until today, 30th August 2019. I have been a loyal paying customer who has trusted Geoff to fetch my daughter safely from school. He or his drivers would arrive late or would drive right past my daughter waiting at the gate. I've been a very patient parent until today. I informed him of the times my daughter would be coming out of school this week. And today - Friday he doesn't pitch. My daughter was left waiting alone for over an hour. When i followed up with him he said i should of messaged him daily because he deletes his messages every night and even though he acknowledge the times, and made it out to be my fault. He then had the nerve to tell me that she will have to wait an hour alone outside the school. I voiced my unhappiness about this as her safety is of my concern and decided to go fetch her myself. This all on a Whatsapp group for his lift club. I was not rude in anyway, just merely pointed out that he was informed and should have fetched her at 12:00. I then got attacked on the group by his fiance who used a previous conversation out of context against me and deleting his comments to try and cover him. I have never met a more unprofessional person and whats more concerning was that he didn't care for my daughter's safety. I have cancelled immediately. I would not use his aftercare or his lift club. I would definitely not recommend his service. The aftercare is chaos and takes no regard for the children's safety.
