Terrible experience

Very unhappy with the service I’m currently receiving from Rue Maeresera. She’s extremely disrespectful. I’m finding ways to escalate this because I have tried to be patient and understanding. Firstly, she just responds to emails without even actually reading what was sent, she’s unprofessional, she doesn’t know how to talk to people, she doesn’t follow up or communicate. I have to keep calling back to find out what is going on. I’m tired of dealing with her, now I have to escalate
