Please review your processes

I understand their no returns policy and totally fine with that. what makes no sense it why are they not able to at least give me a store voucher because currently the Items i want are not available for me to exchange. Time is running out and might not even be able to exchange at all. this is a flawed system and it needs to be reviewed.
