GenX Auto Specialists - Highly Reccomended
We have been using **GenX Auto Specialists as our go-to vehicle service and repair workshop for the past three years**, and based on our experience, I can confidently recommend them. During this time, we have had all our regular vehicle services done with GenX, as well as both minor and major repairs on our vehicles. On our **2013 VW Polo Sedan**, they have assisted with various repairs including spark plug coil replacements, light replacements and general maintenance. The biggest test came when our **2016 Ford Everest 3.2 XLT** suffered a major torque converter failure. This was a substantial and expensive repair. After approaching Lazarus Ford, we were faced with a repair cost that was approximately **double what GenX quoted us**. What really impressed me about GenX was their flexibility and willingness to work with us to keep the repair cost as reasonable as possible. They allowed me to purchase the required genuine Ford part directly from Ford at a discounted price and then supp**** the labour and expertise required to complete the repair. That level of flexibility is something you simply don't get from many dealerships or workshops. Over the past three years, we have found GenX to be **reliable, knowledgeable, accommodating and fairly priced**. Whether it has been routine servicing, smaller repairs or a major mechanical failure, they have consistently been our first choice. It is difficult to find a workshop that you can build a long-term relationship with and trust with your vehicles. **GenX Auto Specialists has earned that trust from us, and we will continue using them for our vehicle servicing and repairs.** Highly recommended.

EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE
Ever since I took my vehicle to GenX Auto the 1st time, it has been a pleasant journey. Excellent service. Knowledgeable. Professional. Extremely friendly, understanding and accommodating. Excellent and fair pricing structure too. And above all....HONEST. This is one auto repair and service establishment I can wholeheartedly recommend.
