Non delivery of purchased camera

I lost my camera and required a replacement. The camera is no longer in production. After numerous attempts to find a camera, I finally found one on [URL Removed] via bid or buy. I submitted and enquiry whether they had stock in the store and they rep**** yes. I then was given abank account to do an EFT. R4949. Delivery was supposed to be 3 days, the order status changed to disputed. I sent an email asking why and they rep**** that I had to pat a refundable insurance cost of R1050 as well as VAT of R650. After a lot of protest and no explanation forthcoming, in desperation to get this camera (Canon G16), I paid the additional R1700. The order was placed on 28 Jan. Deliver has been promised on many occasions but to date, no camera, no explanation. I have asked for my money back but this seems to no be happening either. I plan on taking legal action and to get this company off the Internet.
