Genuine Heritage Craft Products dont buy their varnish, it removes acrylic paint

Do not buy Genuine Heritage Craft Products Polyurethane Hard Varnish or their Craft Varnish, it removes acrylics, I do use other varnishes which works just fine...when I brought it to their attention with proof I was treated unprofessionally and told they would come back to me which they never did, even the rep is not responding to my messages or taking my calls.....
