Terrible Customer Service and Work Ethic

Micheal Florenca (the owner or manager) has horrible customer service. His staff destroyed my garden bed, and when the issue was addressed he shifted the blame to imaginary dogs on my property. Not knowing I work from home and only have 1 small dog who is extremely well trained. The garden beds were very clearly attacked with machinery and when I asked him to take responsibility - he BLOCKED me.
