I didn't realise that i kept damaging my my battery every time i used my inverter without allowing the battery to charge to 100%. After speaking to Agnes in the customer care department, she explained to me that by doing this i am shortening my lifespan of my batteries. I'm so much happier now that i am wiser. Just one downer, it took a while to get through on the call but i understand, it's crazy times we live in!
