Poor quality and service. Don't buy the product

Gentech provides really bad service. I have had an issue since the generator was purchased. I wanted it for winter and I cannot even use it.We dropped it off to be tested and to date when we call they can't give us an update. 5 consultants said they will call back in 30 minutes and none of them did. Communicate to your customers it's that simple. They don't want to give a refund is what I can deduce. Really disappointed in the product and their service.
