NEVER BUY THIS BRAND, INSANE CUSTOMER & GENERATOR SERVICE

So i have been dealing with a lady named Cynthia Malinga to get my generator fixed/serviced as it stopped working. above and beyond the fact that the warranty does not cover what needs to be fixed/cleaned i had to pay R3 500.00 to get the generator serviced/cleaned but when i got it back it looked worse than the time i took it in, the tank is rusted and had petrol while they said the tank must be cleaned. i have sent countless emails enquiring what had happened but Cynthia keeps ignoring my e-mails. i need to know what i paid for, what was fixed/cleaned. I refused to take back the unit from Makro as i am not convinced that they did what they asked me to pay for. I regret buying this brand..... i was ****** by this company
