Gentech products are best avoided - No support

Thinking of purchasing any of Gentech's products (including Grip)?

I would recommend not doing so as customer service and any form of support does not exist with this ces****l of a company.

If any components fail, you require spares or support, they will simply refuse to respond or even acknowledge you.

Avoid them like the plague they are.
