Very Bad Service -

I took a mechanical warranty with this entity, and when I needed them to perform their part, they were No where to be found.

I booked my car as advised by the with a dealership for repairs on Aircon system. Prior to the booking i called the company who advised that i book the car and the dealer should call them and send the job quotes for approval.

this process was followed, the car was assessed and quotes sent to Genric by 10 am. at 13h00 there was no feedback and No one in office accept the lady who took calls and told callers that their staff has knocked off.

if your need a professional and reputable company to be there when you need, with proper business continuity plans, i suggest you save your selves and stay away from this entity
