Useless Rotten service.
Paying for a mechanical warranty for so many years and then after the pothole damages my shocks I get told it's not covered. Or I'm simple terms, the claims person Frans doesn't consider shocks and struts to be a part of suspension? And he advised me to go ahead and report the matter to the Ombudsman. Absolutely horrible service which I will pull back my premiums and cancel this useless but first I will listen to him and submit the complaint. Reputational damage is bad, but I guess Frans didn't know that. I'll rather throw my money into a savings from now and keep it aside instead of dealing with this ********** company. No wonder there's soaky insurers closing doors, **** service like this.
