USELESS INSURANCE

Let me start with saying what a useless insurance under the sun.

So much admin just to submit a claim. 1.They couldn't pick up my Policy number. 2.My policy documents didn't exist in their database. 3.I was requested to give them my policy documents. 4.I had to deal with the rudest claim agent on earth Named Frans Mashilo, shame this one needs to be fired uselese as a wooden frying pan.

To anyone trying to get insured for any mechanical warranty runway from this Company please.
